Genotyping of CRISPR-generated alleles
Although incredibly efficient, CRISPR-Cas9 based technologies typically produce founder animals with complex genotypes that are difficult to analyze by classical PCR-based genotyping. The following guidelines and protocols are designed to help with the genotyping and breeding of GMO mice generated using CRISPR-Cas9 genome engineering.
